JUST-IN-TIME COACHING

As opposed to the more traditional 1 to 1 Leadership Coaching programmes, Just-in-Time Coaching is a more cost-effective approach which provides organisations with a flexible bank of individual coaching hours to address the immediate needs of the leadership team as they arise.

The duration and number of hours required are dependent on the specific needs of your organisation.

Provide leaders in your organisations with a bank of pre-purchased ‘on-demand’ coaching hours to draw down upon for their immediate coaching needs. Session lengths will vary anywhere between one and two hours depending on the support that is required. ‘Just-in-Time’ clients receive a regular report on coaching activities within their organisation. 

 

‘Just-in-Time' Coaching is suitable for new team leaders, middle leaders and senior management and is particularly useful for issues which are immediate and business-critical, e.g.:

 

  • Planning for an important board meeting

  • A difficult conversation or working through conflict  

  • An upcoming interview

  • A trial run through an important presentation

  • Prepping for a promotion or adapting to a new role

  • Immediate wellbeing issues
