A typical 1 to 1 leadership coaching session can range from £400 for a middle leader delivered live online up to £1000 for a senior executive delivered face to face. Final fees will depend on the following factors: Level of seniority Face to face or live online Number of psychometric tools required or 360 Individual or large group coaching assignments Number of sessions required (scheduled or 'Just-In-Time' bank of hours) Location and whether travel expenses are incurred All programmes include: A scoping and chemistry meeting An agreed number of coaching sessions Coaching contract with identified goals Two-way or three-way contracting with the latter including a sponsor Reflective journal Impact statements Evaluation and progress review
