I have lead transformational cross-business change projects and managerial development programmes. A key part of my previous roles has been to support and coach directors and senior leaders.
As an in-house coach, I have also supported many High Potential colleagues including those on specific development programmes for underrepresented groups. I have also had significant experience coaching graduates and female returners from leave.
