TEAM COACHING 

Team coaching requires all team members to engage and contribute to the whole team through honest conversations with an equal balance of challenge and support.

 

Teams will explore what it takes to operate together at their best, build psychological safety and learn to agree and disagree with each other to reach better outcomes.

JUST-IN-TIME COACHING

As opposed to the more traditional coaching programmes, just-in-time coaching provides organisations with a flexible bank of individual coaching hours which can be used to address an immediate need, ‘just-in-time’.
