My coaching philosophy is based on being supportive, practical and outcomes focused. My measure of success is that you leave your coaching session feeling more positive and powerful than you did at the beginning of the session.
I’m warm and friendly in my coaching approach, looking to build trust and empathy with you. I create a supportive environment where I listen carefully and am non-judgmental. I balance support with the appropriate challenge by asking thought-provoking questions to encourage you to consider different and new perspectives.
Depending on the situation and your needs, I’m flexible in my approach. My long experience working in leadership development means that I have a wide range of tools and techniques that I can offer to you to help you to work through your challenges.

Before establishing myself as an independent coach and facilitator, I built extensive organisational development experience in several senior HR and OD roles at AstraZeneca plc and through the direct line management of global teams.
