LUCKY ILM LEVEL 7?
Seven may be lucky for some but, at Xenonex, we don't believe in luck. That is why we meticulously planned, constructed, and continually improve our ILM Level 7 Certificate or Diploma in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring course to maximise the chance of success. Through a combination of interactive workshops, practice coaching sessions, Q&As with our assessors and video assignment guidance, this course provides senior managers and external coaches with all the skills they require to achieve the certificate or diploma and to enable them to embed an effective coaching culture. Xenonex also has Direct Claims Status with ILM that recognises our outstanding track record in this programme since 2008.
Both the certificate and diploma have three modules covering knowledge, skills, and reflective assessment. Each module has its own assignment which will help delegates to apply the learning to their own workplace whilst encouraging them to reflect on the way they work.
ASSESSMENT 1 - UNDERSTANDING THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF EFFECTIVE COACHING AND MENTORING AT AN EXECUTIVE OR SENIOR LEVEL
This module is assessed through a written assignment.
ASSESSMENT 2 - UNDERTAKING AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF COACHING OR MENTORING AT AN EXECUTIVE OR SENIOR LEVEL
This module is assessed through a portfolio of evidence of at least 20 hours for the certificate and 60 hours for the diploma. This comprises coaching and mentoring with individuals in a workplace who must hold senior or strategic roles.
ASSESSEMENT 3 - REFLECTING ON YOUR ABILITY TO PERFORM EFFECTIVELY AS A COACH OR MENTOR AT AN EXECUTIVE OR SENIOR LEVEL
This module is assessed through a reflective journal.
