FAY, DIRECTOR OF STUDENT SERVICES

Hello, I'm Debbie...

My coaching clients come from a range of backgrounds, including HE, the NHS, Public Health and private sector clients. I particularly enjoy working with women who are navigating the challenges of senior leadership roles or getting to grips with promotions and career changes. Much of my career has focused on levelling inequalities and this is an ethos I bring to my coaching and any other work I undertake.

I am a qualified Assessor and in addition to assessing ILM coaching & and mentoring and equality and diversity qualifications, I also assess Coaching Professional apprentices and other public sector apprentices.

I particularly enjoy assessing Xenonex delegates because of the clear progression I can see they have made throughout their journeys. The application of their skills and knowledge to real-life situations demonstrates how far many of them have come. As someone who is passionate about the impact coaching and leadership learning can have, I love seeing how they have grown into this role throughout their studies and I am privileged to be able to see the end result of their learning through their own reflections, as well as feedback from clients, peers and supervisors.
