ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is designed to help middle leaders develop their skills, improve performance, and ultimately begin preparing themselves for senior management.
This course will provide valuable insights into how to better lead a team and manage upward through developing more effective working relationships.

TAKE ILM FIVE!
ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management can be delivered live online or onsite through a series of interactive and engaging workshops. The course also encourages group discussion and provides lots of opportunities for delegates to work with each other in break-out groups to learn from one another and share best practice.
At sign-up, each delegate receives an onboarding call with the lead tutor and participates in an induction workshop to connect with the other delegates on the programme. At the end of the course, each delegate will also receive one individual coaching session with the lead tutor to reflect on the progress that they have made.
Our supporting online resources, which include interactive and engaging learning materials, assignment templates and video tutorials, will ensure that delegates gain all the knowledge that they need to successfully complete this qualification.
Through the following modules and assessments, delegates will learn about a range of leadership and management tools and gain insights into how to apply these at work.
