Duration: 3 months | 6 workshops

The foundation of Breakthrough Conversations is building trust and connecting with colleagues. In the workplace, there are some conversations that, if you get them right, make all the difference. This course, which is 50% input and insight and 50% practical, provides leaders and managers with simple ways of approaching these conversations. It includes learning the core skills of being a coach and exploring other required day-to-day conversations which benefit from using these skills.

Breakthrough Conversations is the perfect programme for ambitious organisations that are preparing for the next phase of growth and want to help their leaders engage and inspire their teams through conversation.

 

This is an interactive, agile learning programme which has a mix of input, experiential practice, feedback, and reflection. This programme has a 50% practice focus which allows leaders time to practice skills and come back together with their peers to share their experiences. Small group sessions are also facilitated by our experts to work on real challenges in a confidential space.
