“We chose Xenonex to be a key partner in our ambitious leadership and management/OD training & development programme (designed for 80 key managers over three years) based on our earlier, very positive experience of their coaching expertise and the highly constructive ethos the company brings to supporting organisational development initiatives.

Suzanna’s contribution to programme design and ongoing review and evaluation has been wholehearted and astute.

The quality of Xenonex associates providing module workshops and individual coaching has been extremely high and most managers participating in the programme have found this element the most transformational part of their experience.

The investment is significant, but I feel we are getting high value in return and that Xenonex is fully aligned to our own high aspirations for the programme.”

Feedback from delegates:

“The coaching has been the most beneficial aspect of the Leadership of Learning programme.  You have provided me with practical, applicable, invaluable guidance at what has been a difficult stage in my leadership journey.  Through the coaching, DISC and 360 sessions, others have commented on the positive difference they can see in my leadership.”

“I am now approaching challenging work situations in a different way, trying to be less reactive, assertive and proactive. I have more confidence to approach difficult conversations / meetings with my peers and managers.”

“Reflecting on the programme, I gave grown in confidence in making autonomous Overall, my coaching has been a crucial element of the LoL programme and importantly of my own role within the organisation.”

“The Leadership of Learning Programme has helped me to reflect on my management practice including my working relationships… to identify my strengths and weaknesses and to set myself two main goals: To have more confidence when contributing in meetings with peers and SLT and secondly to consciously put aside quality time to sit and listen to staff.”

“Thanks to the programme I have developed valuable tools and practices with which to handle both anticipated and unexpected professional challenges and work demands during the year. The work I have done with my coach has helped me improve my performance for the benefit of my team and department. The coaching process also fit well to the modules covered during the course, as I was able to bring what we had covered there into the individual sessions, sharing my reflections, and defining my development needs and wishes.”
