"THE GOAL OF COACHING IS THE GOAL OF GOOD MANAGEMENT: TO MAKE THE MOST OF AN ORGANISATION'S VALUABLE RESOURCES."
HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW

This programme allows delegates to enhance their skills in communicating with teams, by developing rapport, using open questioning, and practising active listening techniques.

The workshops include live coach practice sessions in small groups where delegates practise their coaching skills and receive feedback from their peers and executive coach tutors.

A third workshop is delivered approximately one month after workshop 2 in which delegates review their own coaching in practice to date, attend a coaching supervision session and further develop the use of a range of coaching skills.
