"COACHING IS UNLOCKING A PERSON'S POTENTIAL TO MAXIMISE THEIR OWN PERFORMANCE. IT'S HELPING THEM TO LEARN RATHER THAN TEACHING THEM."
TIM GALLWEY
The Internal Coaching Development Programme is for organisations that require their leaders to develop the coaching skills covered in ILM Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring but without the three compulsory assignments. Instead, this is replaced with just one simplified assignment.
The programme comprises three live workshops which can be delivered onsite or live online over three days or over six half days. Delegates will also undertake a range of coaching activities outside of the workshops and complete one assignment which will demonstrate knowledge, planning, coaching and reflection for 6 hours of coaching sessions with 2 coachees. On completion, they will awarded the ILM Recognised certificate and digital credential.
