Duration:  3 months | 3 workshops

We know we need to create more diverse and inclusive organisations. It’s the right thing to do & it also makes business sense. Significant research shows that diverse and inclusive organisations outperform their peers.

ILM Level 4 Award in Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organisation is designed so that teams and managers feel more comfortable and knowledgeable in this critical topic.

The qualification is for leaders and managers with the responsibility of promoting equality and diversity. Delegates will gain a solid foundation in understanding the law and influencing internal policies to champion equality and diversity in the teams they manage.

"CREATING AND MANAGING A DIVERSE WORKFORCE IS A PROCESS, NOT A DESTINATION."
R. ROOSEVELT THOMAS, JR

This programme is tailored to find the right approach to achieve impact for your organisation. It typically runs over five half-day live workshops, hosted by subject experts, over the course of six to nine months. This allows delegates time to reflect, complete further work and make impactful changes in between sessions.

The programme consists of a mix of group work and 1 to 1 individualised learning with a coach which provides fabulous support and networking opportunities for delegates.

There is the option to measure the impact of the programme using Engage, an evidence-based tool that each person can complete before starting the programme and at the end.
