Hello, I'm Sarah...

I’m an assessor with Xenonex for the ILM Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications in coaching and mentoring and Level 4 in Managing Equality and Diversity. I am a self-employed coach, facilitator and OD consultant, providing services to both organisations and individuals.

Prior to setting up my own business, I worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in a range of HR and OD roles. My passion for connecting evidence with practice led me to embark on a research contract with Manchester Met University which investigated the impact of coaching, action learning and taught programmes on line manager confidence and effectiveness.
