I am an executive coach, leadership consultant and former senior Clients & Markets leader with extensive experience across professional services, public sector organisations, education and social enterprise environments.
My coaching combines commercial insight, leadership experience and a brain-based, results-focused coaching approach that helps people create clarity, momentum and sustainable change. I work with senior leaders and professionals navigating complexity, transition, organisational change and increased leadership responsibility.
Prior to establishing WayFour Ltd, my own consulting and coaching practice, I held senior leadership roles within Deloitte and Dentons, including global Clients & Markets leadership, sector strategy, leadership development and change management. My experience spans professional services, government-related organisations, educational institutions and major transformation programmes, including work connected to the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games.
Alongside executive coaching, I have designed and delivered leadership development programmes focused on resilience, leadership effectiveness, communication, culture change and high performance. I have coached professionals within Deloitte, Dentons, public sector organisations and social enterprises, as well as individuals transitioning from professional services into self-employment and into C-suite roles.
