Hello, I'm Ali...

Through my facilitation and coaching work, I bring deep experience from complex, fast-paced organisations alongside a genuine understanding of people, behaviour, and what it takes to lead change well. I’ve worked across sectors including Telecoms, Utilities, Finance, Retail and Third Sector Organisations, and have delivered programmes across Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

I would describe my style as warm, human-centred and engaging, with the right level of challenge. I focus on building trust and strong relationships so leaders feel safe to reflect, stretch themselves, and make meaningful shifts in how they lead. My work supports leaders to move from technical or task-focused mindsets to more curious, people-focused ways of working that build trust and unlock potential.

I have extensive experience coaching senior leaders and executives through change — supporting them to develop the behaviours needed to deliver results, lead inclusive career and development conversations, and identify emerging talent. I work with leaders to raise self-awareness, harness strengths, and make the mindset shifts required to lead themselves, their teams, and their organisations more effectively.

My approach is informed by a range of psychological models and tools, including the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), which I use to help leaders understand their own and others’ motivational drivers, strengthen relationships, and build high-performing, trust-based teams.

My areas of expertise include leadership development, change leadership, inclusive career and development conversations, building trust and engagement, and supporting leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
