Northern Coaching Network

The Northern Coaching Network (NCN) is a free membership network for organisations and their internal coaches in the North to meet their business objectives through attracting, retaining and developing Talent in order to make the North a great place to live and work. The NCN seeks to create and share best practice in developing and embedding coaching cultures.

The NCN was co-founded by Suzanna Prout, Managing Director of Xenonex Ltd, and Catherine Boddington, formerly Head of L&D at Sky Betting and Gaming in June 2018. Both Suzanna and Catherine are passionate ‘northerners’ who recognised how organisations would benefit from learning from one another to integrate coaching as a tool to maximising wellbeing, engagement and performance within the workplace.

NCN is open to any organisation looking to develop an internal coaching strategy, from those at the very start of their journeys through to those that are fully developed. NCN events are attended by Senior Leaders, Heads of L&D, HR Directors, Lead and Internal Coaches and other internal roles and are an engaging mix of speakers, presentations, round table discussions, interactive sessions and CPD/ supervision.

Please note that NCN membership is NOT open to External Coaches. Xenonex already provides CPD for External Coaches – please contact us for more details.
