First Xenonex “Introduction to Coaching Skills” workshop.
A one day event to promote the benefits of workplace coaching and develop individual coaching skills is being run by Harrogate and Leeds-based coaching experts Xenonex Ltd..
The first Xenonex “Introduction to Coaching Skills” Workshop will take place on Thursday 14th January in Leeds. The day is aimed at those with people management responsibility who are looking to develop a coaching approach as part of their management toolkit.
Coaching at work has become increasingly popular and research indicates that coaching is an essential tool to maximise performance, leading to individual and organisational success. This interactive workshop will introduce the core principles of workplace coaching, with a focus on developing coaching skills, tools and techniques. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in varied activities and discussions as well as in practical coaching sessions to ‘practise’ their coaching skills. The programme will provide delegates with an overview of how coaching can be used to improve performance and develop coaching skills to be applied in the workplace.
Suzanna Prout, founder and MD of Xenonex, said “We are excited to be running our first Coaching Skills Workshop day. Managers who attend will get a real insight into the benefits of coaching and how it can support high levels of performance in the workplace. By the end of the day we will have equipped them with the tools they need to truly transform the way they work.”
