‘Equity and Belonging in the Workplace’ encourages leaders to understand their identity, find their voice, and go on to inspire others.

​

It has been designed by leaders who are passionate champions for change and inclusion, and development in its widest sense. The course is for underrepresented groups within organisations who would benefit from the following and will go on to inspire others through coaching and mentoring within their workplace: 

 

  • Sharing their story

  • Mastering their identity

  • Developing their confidence

  • Finding their voice in a psychologically safe environment

  • Developing coaching skills

This programme is tailored to find the right approach to achieve impact for your organisation. It typically runs over five half-day live workshops, hosted by subject experts, over the course of six to nine months. This allows delegates time to reflect, complete further work and make impactful changes in between sessions.

The programme consists of a mix of group work and 1 to 1 individualised learning with a coach which provides fabulous support and networking opportunities for delegates. 

​

There is the option to measure the impact of the programme using Engage, an evidence-based tool that each person can complete before starting the programme and at the end.
