Testimonials

“Tamsin is great to work with; up-beat, direct, questioning and challenging in a positive and constructive way. The coaching has given me the time and headspace to step back and think more in depth about my management and leadership styles and with help from Tamsin has taken me to strategies, ideas and professional places that I have never been before. I can already feel the benefits for me as an individual and also in the way that I work with my team and the rest of the Leadership team of the organisation.” – Dr Liz Brown, Medical Director, Hospice
