Relevant experience

Louise is an Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and OD/HR Consultant who is driven by her belief in the enormous potential of every individual. She brings both experience of the corporate world and a real understanding of the complexities of the human mind and behaviour to her work, with a clear focus on building personal excellence. Prior to establishing herself as an independent Coach in 2008, she was Executive Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Sheffield Children’s NHS Trust and previously worked within Northern Foods for 18 years in a range of HR roles with a strong commercial focus.

Louise’s style is warm, engaging, empathetic and challenging and her ability to really connect with individuals helps create strong, confidence building relationships, enabling real learning and change. Her knowledge of psychological models informs her approach and she uses psychometric tools where appropriate. She is a firm believer in Positive Psychology, working with clients to maximise their well-being and effectively utilise their key strengths. Clients are really stretched to raise their levels of self-awareness, gain different perspectives and a greater understanding as to what’s going on beneath the surface. Louise helps clients identify any barriers to achieving their full potential, working through these to achieve a clear sense of direction and plan for the future. Areas of coaching expertise include leadership development, developing emotional intelligence, building resilience, career/transition coaching and change management.

Current Clients Include

Executives/senior leaders within sectors including, health, education, manufacturing, financial services and construction. Clients have included Dairy Crest, EEF, Britvic, Monarch airlines, Telefonica, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield Hallam Students Union and numerous Colleges of Higher Education. She works in a range of NHS organisations and is an accredited Coach for the NHS Top leaders Development programme and Executive Coach for NHS England and NHS Confederation.
