Energised and excited about the future development of the Northern Coaching Network, following such a successful event last week. Next date is already set for Wednesday 10th July at John Lewis Suite, Headingley Stadium.

There is much need and desire for internal coaches from organisations to come together to share best practice.

Thank you to all our speakers:  Marie Mohan (Common Purpose), Gary Keown (BBC), Kathy Ashton (Leeds Beckett University) and John Hague (Sky Betting and Gaming).

Thank you to Sky Betting and Gaming for hosting the event.

Great feedback from those that attended:

"Inspirational, thought provoking and practical day! Looking forward to being part of the next one!"

"A most enjoyable day of learning, sharing and networking. Thank you... for organising and hosting. Loved the range of topics and  insights shared by Marie Mohan (Common Purpose), Gary Keown (BBC), Kathy Ashton (Leeds Beckett University) and John Hague (Sky Betting and Gaming).  Super venue, excellent food and great to be in the company of likeminded people with a passion for coaching and the North."

"What a brilliant, highly useful day! Every part kept me engaged!"

What is the Northern Coaching Network (NCN)?

The Northern Coaching Network (NCN) has been set up for organisations in the North to meet their business objectives through attracting, retaining and developing Talent in order to make the North a great place to live and work.

The NCN is a membership network that partners with CEOs, Directors and Business Owners across the North of England to create and share best practice in developing and embedding coaching cultures, to create an empowering and motivational culture at the heart of every business.

How can my organisation be a part of the NCN and how can I find out more?

If you are an Internal Coach in an organisation, or are leading and coaching internally, then the NCN could help support and develop your practice further. Please get in touch for more details.

For further information please email: katy.hebblewhite@xenonex.co.uk so that an invitation to the NCN's next event can be sent to you and further information can be provided.
